DESCRIPTION:The Greater Bridgman Area Chamber and Growth Alliance (BCGA)\, in partnership with the Bridgman American Legion Post 331 and the City of Bridgman\, is proud to announce the launch of a capital campaign to develop the new Salute the Troops community playground.\n\nThis unique project will honor the service and sacrifice of veterans while providing a safe and engaging place for families to gather. The American Legion Post 331\, a cornerstone of Bridgman's community life\, will welcome the Salute the Troops Playground which aims beyond providing a recreational space: to educate children about the contributions of America's veterans\, instilling values of citizenship\, gratitude\, and national responsibility.\n\nThe "Salute the Troops" Playground Fundraiser will feature a 1940's stars & stripes event held on Saturday\, November 8th from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. at the newly remodeled Legion Assembly Hall.
